Skincare & Beauty Aids

Taking care of your skin is just as important as taking care of your other organs. However, having good skin requires proper maintenance in order for it to reach its full potential. When you are a baby, your skin is soft, smooth, and hydrated. However, with age comes wrinkles, sun damage, sagging skin, and other issues. Proper skin care is essential for slowing the harmful effects of time and the environment.

BB's Guide to Great Skin

Step 1: Dry Skin Brush

Dry brushing your skin is a regular body massage with a dry, stiff-bristled brush that helps get rid of flaky skin, promote circulation, detoxify, aid digestion, and even improve the look of cellulite.

Tips

The ideal time to dry brush is right before you take a shower. Then, wash away any dead skin cells and flaky skin.

Step 2: Cleanser

Make sure you wash your skin with a gentle cleanser in the morning and before bed. Cleansers are great for getting rid of dead skin, pollutants, oil, dirt, and bacteria. Sulfate-containing cleansers should be avoided because they can be stripping.

Step 3: Tone

After washing your face, toner eliminates any remaining dirt, dust, and pollutants from your pores. It can have a significant positive impact on the appearance and tightness of your pores when added to your daily skincare routine and utilized on a regular basis.

Step 4: Moisturize

Moisturizer is a fantastic product to integrate into your daily skin care routine whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin. Moisturizer can help keep your skin nourished and rejuvenated. As we age, the oil glands that keep our skin healthy tend to lose their power, resulting in less oils being produced. Moisturizing on a daily basis reduces the amount of effort required by the glands to keep your skin healthy throughout your life.
